A 4-4 preseason would raise questions about a group’s fitness for title contention–particularly when that team spent the exhibition program taxing its rotation players than most.
But the Chicago Bulls got exactly what they wanted from October’s month : Derrick Rose appeared like himself. Sam Smith of Bulls.com said Rose”generally bordered involving magnificent and spectacular in his preseason development,” along with the prior MVP closed things out with a flourish. He scored 57 points. Over the preseason, he connected on 43 percent of the triples.

In addition, some shaky defense was to be expected with Doug McDermott and rookies Nikola Mirotic just getting acquainted with Thibs’ system.
Jimmy Butler’s thumb injury marred an otherwise healthful preseason, but when the most important setback merely renders a role player”day to day,” based on K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune, the Bulls will take it.
With Rose healthy, the Bulls are very, very scary.
